Booking Terms & Conditions
• Your appointment is only secured once the deposit has been received.
• Once the deposit is paid, your chosen date and time will be officially booked.
• The quoted price includes time for designing and drawing ahead of the session (up to three design changes are included; additional changes may incur an extra fee).
• You are welcome to bring one friend or family member with you. Please do not bring more than one person, as additional guests may be asked to wait outside the studio.
• Children under the age of 10 are not permitted in the studio.


Cancellation Policy
• Deposits are non-refundable for tattoos priced over £100.
• If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited. To reschedule, a new deposit will be required.
• Appointments can be rescheduled a maximum of two times with at least 48 hours’ notice. If you miss your rescheduled appointment, you will need to re-book and pay a new deposit.
• Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
